Budget Car and Truck Rental Gosford

Truck came with only 3/4 tank of petrol, when we returned it like that they told us they would charge us for it. We got a trolley to help us move interstate. We left it at our new place, and we were happy to continue hire of the trolley until we could return it. Not good enough, they said - we'd have to pay for the WHOLE TRUCK for ANOTHER WEEK. Why? Because "how are you going to get the trolley back without the truck?" This company takes advantage of human error to swindle you out of money. We will NOT be hiring from this company EVER AGAIN.

Worst customer service i have ever come across. The lady behind the counter is rude and very unhelpfull. Ahe also charged me a $330 deposit cause i only had a visa debet not a credit card and witch i was never told about upon booking nor did i recive back. I recived harassing phone calls due to extending the hire of the vehicle. The vehicle that was rented to me had no gear box oil in it. The service light was on when i picked it up. The spare wheel was not in flated and no jack or tools to change the tyre if it did pop. Im considering approching the accc about the service i recieved
